Home Bake

Today, for the first time in a while, I had pasta and veg for dinner. But now that the weather’s turned again (today felt like autumn; cold and ever so windy), I think in the coming days I’ll be in the mood for pies and pastry dishes. AKA good old-fashioned home baking. I might decide on a few recipes, then rotate them throughout the week. No doubt I will have settled on some favourites, then the weather will turn again for summer, and just like that, my mood will switch to more summery dishes.
